IC Rules

1. Post limit of 250 words. We understand if your muse is low, however we ask you meet this requirement as often as possible. The will be three warnings until a two day ban is placed.

2. You may start with three characters. Additional characters must be made only after you have reached 15 posts with each of your characters. (All characters must have 15 posts if additional are wanted for activity reasons)

3. You must have the owners permission in order to kill off their character.

4. No power playing or Godmoding is allowed. You will be given 3 warnings until a two day ban is put in place.

5. Don't take in character fights out of character. This is a friendly roleplaying site, we don't want unnecessary arguments taking place.

6. Keep graphic content to a minimum (Fade-to-black breeding and Gore). You never know who may be showing up on the forums and we'd like to make it friendly to all. In addition, please write in your thread title if the content is mature so that those who don't want to see it know not to look.

7. Please make sure your cat matching its clan/tribe description. (No bulky cats in clans/tribes that most commonly thinner or lean cats.)

8. No Gary-sues or Mary-sues. No cat is perfect. Also, no perfectly evil cat, remember that no evil can in fact be flawless.

9. Keep all fighting realistic. (No lifting a cat and throwing them, no flying into one 20 feet away.)

10. Fighting will work like this:
- After the challenge you each get three posts to wrap it up.
- Staff will then judge the winner based on skill, damage, etc.

11. Please keep all cat names following their clan or tribe. No 'Fluffies' or other names unless you are a rogue. Acceptable Prefixes, Acceptable Suffixes. Even here works. We want you to name all the Clan cats traditionally (Lynxpaw, Owlnose, etc etc) whereas for the Tribe we will use a similar method. Your cat will be named when it becomes and apprentice and the names will be based off of things similar to the tribe (ie. color, eye color, personality), but these names will obviously be a bit more fancy. So Eye of the Soaring Owl in the tribe would be 'Owleye' to the clans. 

12. All clans have a maximum of 6 cats. This will only be in place until all clans have their 6. After that happens we will open them all back up. This is in place so that all clans have cats rather than one only having 3 cats while the rest have 10.

13. Your character cannot wear any human-like objects. They can find small trinkets (maybe a cup, spoon, ring, necklace, etc) but your character won't be allowed to wear them, only keep them as prizes I guess. Also these will be very rare seeing how humans have been gone for an incredibly long time.

14. Fluid time is allowed, but your character is only allowed to be in a maximum of 3 threads to keep confusion to a minimum. 

15. After the completion of each thread please change the title to, or add at the end, the word 'closed' so that staff can delete the thread and help keep the site clean.

16. Cross-Clan breeding is allowed but only if your cat(s) are in the Tribe or RatClan - the other two clans would frown upon it and punish you accordingly.

17. Your character cannot have any knowledge of humans. The most that will be said about them are stories meant to scare kits such as 'if you're a bad kit the two legs will come and take you in your sleep.' but the cats have no real knowledge of what they were or how they acted.

18. No kittypets. None. Zilch. Nada. Your cat cannot 'come from a land where humans were' nor can they say they lived with them. Nope. Not gonna happen cuties.
